An Aurora business owner reported that the window of his business was shot out this week, causing $500 in damage.
Police said they were not called to the 0-99 block of East Illinois Avenue for reports of shots fired between 6 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday when the shooting apparently occurred.
On Monday, the owner reported that a small caliber bullet had struck and broke a window of his business.
No one was injured, police said.
