An inmate overflowed a toilet on purpose Monday morning at the Kendall County jail in an attempt to destroy state-supported property.
Kendall County deputies responded to the jail, 1100 block of Cornell Lane, around 1 p.m. after it was reported that an inmate had clogged a toilet, and flushed it repeatedly, causing it to overflow.

Jose Sanchez Davila, 48, 900 block of Church Hill, Plano, was charged with drunken driving after he was involved in a single-vehicle crash at 2:18 a.m. Wednesday near Scotch Road and Steward Road in Oswego Township, deputies said. Davila fled the scene, and was taken to an Aurora hospital for injuries after he was located nearby. He was also charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, speeding, disobeying a stop sign and no insurance.

David Kline, 25, 500 block of Sumner Avenue, Aurora, was charged with drunken driving after he was stopped for speeding at 1:37 a.m. Saturday near Montgomery Road and Crown Drive, police said.
James Pryor, 49, of Florida, was charged with drunken driving after he was stopped for improper passing at 2:18 a.m. Sunday near Douglas Road and Season’s Ridge Boulevard, police said.
Brandy Haguem, 35, 500 block of Ramsden Road, Plano, was charged with drunken driving after being stopped for speeding near Route 30 and Douglas Road at 5:31 a.m. on Sunday, police said.
