Police are looking for two armed men who robbed a store in St. Charles Sunday evening.
At approximately 6:27 p.m., police said two armed men robbed the Tobacco and Gift Store at 1556 E. Main St.
One of the robbers is described as white, in his early 20s, 5-foot 8 inches to 5-foot 10 inches tall, with blond hair. He was armed with a handgun. The second suspect is described as white or Hispanic and about 6 feet tall. He was armed with a knife.
The men stole two items from a display case in the store and then ran out the back door of the business, Nobody was hurt during the incident. The case is still under investigation.

Timothy A. Collins, 24, of the 10000 block of Caton Farm Road, Yorkville, was charged Saturday with drunken driving in the 10000 block of Caton Farm Road, Fox Township, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department said. He also was charged with driving with suspended license.
Juan Gonzalez-Pillado, 29, of the 300 block of Manor Street, Aurora, was charged Friday with marijuana possession at Route 71 and East Highpoint Road, Fox Township, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department said. He also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
Shane R. Petterson, 39, of the 400 block of South Lincoln Avenue, Aurora, was charged Saturday with drunken driving in the 1300 block of Route 30, Oswego Township, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department said.

Five people were injured in a two-car, head-on collision Saturday on Hart Road, just north of Butterfield Road, Aurora police said. The driver of one car, Theresa M. Lister-Hankes, age and address not given, was traveling south on Hart Road, and told police snow on the roadway caused her car to veer off the road. As she compensated to stay on the road, she entered the northbound lane and hit a car driven by Jacob C. Green, age and address not given. Lister-Hankes was taken to Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva where there was no information about her available. Also taken to Delnor was a passenger in Lister-Hankes’ car, Evelyn Hankes, age and address not given. Two other passengers in Lister-Hankes’ car, Maya C. McCombs and Jocelynn Hankes, were taken to Provena Mercy Center where they were treated and released. Green was taken to Delnor, where no information was available.
An estimated $1,100 worth of jewelry was reported stolen New Year’s Eve from a house in the 500 block of Grand Avenue, Aurora police said. The ring and necklaces were taken sometime between Nov. 17 and Dec. 31, the victim reported.
Joshua Smith, 28, of the 38W000 block of Route 64, St. Charles, was charged Saturday with drunken driving at Union Street and George Avenue, Aurora police said. He also was charged with disregarding a stop sign.
Gregory Vargas, 43, of the 100 block of Galena Boulevard, Aurora, was charged Saturday with aggravated drunken driving in the 300 block of Union Street, Aurora Police said. He also was charged with failure to give a signal, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal possession and transportation of liquor and driving with a suspended license.
Jordan O. Handley, 27, of the 400 block of Mallview Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged Thursday with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, resisting a peace officer and misdemeanor possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of West New York Street, Aurora police said.
Joseph C. Rush, 24, of the 400 block of North River Street, Aurora, was charged Thursday with aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting a peace officer in the 1000 block of East New York Street, Aurora police said.
