Four juveniles were charged with retail theft at the Oswego Walmart on Friday, police said.
In each incident, the suspects were arrested after fleeing the store in the 2300 block of Route 34. Three of the male juveniles were charged around 7:28 p.m. during Black Friday shopping events at the store.
A second incident led to the arrest of a 16-year-old male at around 1:40 a.m. The teen was charged with retail theft, and possession of alcohol by a minor, Oswego police said.
KENDALL COUNTY
Randy Henning, 39, 0-99 block of Dolphin Court, Oswego Township, was charged with resisting a peace officer, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct on Tuesday after deputies responded to a domestic violence incident at his home around 3:55 p.m.. Deputies said Henning broke a table and other items, resisted arrest, and caused a disturbance as he was awaiting transfer to the Kendall County jail.
Thy Luy, 32, of Naperville, was charged with drunken driving at 7:30 p.m. Thursday after he was involved in a single-vehicle crash near Route 126 and Schlapp Road, deputies said. Luy was not injured. He was also charged with improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash and no proof of insurance.
